Bigshot 500
Have only put about 100 arrows into this target so far. It seems very well built, people in the reviews were so concerned about how easy the arrows pull out, some saying it is difficult. Those are all bs, a chipmunk could pull an arrow out of this thing with a nut in mouth. I bought the target cover with this and it seems like pretty sturdy materials as well. Within a week of owning it a black bear used it as a toy, perhaps thought the black cover was another bear, I'm not sure but with a few bite marks and some light mauling the cover suffered a few minor pokes and scratches but held up over all. I wouldn't call it bear proof but definitely somewhat resistant. Overall, from a non biased bow/ crossbow hunter I think this a high quality target and would definitely recommend. Longevity yet to be determined as we shoot the fk out of our targets and basically leave them out in NY weather all year. I plan to buy more in time to replace my other bag targets as they wear out.

Great target
I just got a 500 fps crossbow and this target to go with it. It's been awesome so far. Easy to see and shoot, then the arrows pull out well. Hung up outside. It makes sense to get the cover because then you can cover and store it outside downrange. Great target.

Extreme 500
Well I ordered the extreme 500 specifically because it showed it with a weather proof cover. It was winter at the time. When I finally opened the box in September it did not have the cover. I was pretty upset because I would have purchased the 650 which did not have a weather proof cover. Since several months had passed I did not bother to contact big shot and attempt to complain about not getting the cover my fault for not checking when I received the target. As far as the 500 extreme it stops my arrows from my 505 everytime. Just don't hit the same hole or fletching will bury inside and be ruined while removing arrow. Also arrows are very easy to remove from target unless you hit same hole. I feel its an excellent target for even the fastest crossbows, just bummed I did not receive the cover.

Worth the price
Ive shot this target daily since the day it showed up, and I absolutely love it. Stops arrows quick, easy arrow removal, and I dont even know what qualified it as a blemish. I figure Im going to shoot holes in it so a blemish didnt bother me anyways. Very happy with my purchase.

Best broadhead target period!
I’ve got two of these and they are by far the best broadhead targets I’ve ever seen. I can’t tell you how many mechanicals and fixed blades I’ve put into these and they’re still holding up really well.
Two blade three blade and four blade. One of them is just starting to show a little bit of where and will probably have to be replaced sometime this summer or fall.
Like any other target some broadheads pull out much better than others
For instance, Swhacker broadheads are simple to remove compared to something like an Ozcut hurricane, which will make you pull your guts out lol
Any fixed two blade pulls right out. Even 150 single bevels.
If you shoot cheap arrows, you will leave some inserts inside of this target. I’ve even had a couple of zombie slayers that I’ve had to retrieve the inserts and re-glue them.
I don’t believe there’s any target that’s 100% perfect but I do believe this will get you as close to it as possible. OK enough review talk. Just buy it!
Definitely a blem, but thats what i bought it as. Some minor fill holes feom the moulding process and a bit of the shiny face missing on one side. But it stops crossbow arrows in a few inches and they pull out easy. Im impressed.

Can you tell its a blemish? Barely. Ive never bought a non blemished version but this thing looks as good as any other new target Ive ever purchased before. Stops that arrows all the same. Save yourself some money. Buy the blem.
The target works very well. It stop the bolts at just over 400 FPS without a problem. My only “complaint” was when it was new the first few shots were hard to pull out, but afterwards it was much easier. Would recommend highly.
